We assist our client on all matters of real estate transactions including verification of the relevant estate laws, revenue laws, revenue records, title due diligence in ascertaining the devolution and ownership of the property, joint development projects, financing deals and dispute resolution. We facilitate in building relationship amongst landowners, developers and lease holders by assisting in drafting development agreements, construction contracts, lease deeds, sale deeds, and other conveyance deeds. We also assist our clients in procuring real estate in India for establishing industries, offices, warehouses, multiplexes etc.; advising the client on lease-back arrangement of commercial/industrial properties; preparing the agreement with the construction contractors and with all other contractors whose services are required to be arranged for developing any factory, multiplexes, go downs and commercial properties, etc.
